Please consider running for the office of Board Director for our District. There will be 3 openings for the November 2026 election: Three full term positions that will expire 12/06/2030. Road construction experience is not needed but is helpful. The CECSD consists of a 5-member board whose primary authority is the construction and maintenance of the roadways and easements. Board meetings occur bimonthly and board members are paid $80 per regular meeting. It does not cost anything to run for the position and you will be given training if elected.

If you are a registered voter living in the District, you can pick up a Declaration of Candidacy form available at the El Dorado County Elections Department at 3883 Ponderosa Road, Shingle Springs beginning July 13.
